1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before the food preparation process has started.
Once the kitchen has begun preparing your order, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
An order was charged but not successfully processed
The restaurant is unable to fulfill the order
A duplicate payment was made
An item ordered is unavailable and cannot be replaced
Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the order.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:
Incorrect orders placed by the customer
Cancellation request after food preparation has started
Minor variations in taste, presentation, or packaging
Delivery delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party delivery partners
4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
The amount will be refunded to the original payment method
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect depending on the payment provider or bank
5. Third-Party Orders
Orders placed through third-party platforms (such as Swiggy or Zomato) are subject to the refund and cancellation policies of those respective platforms.
